Audacity makes Emo-Pop music out of central Arkansas. Imagine if Paramore, Joy Division, Twenty One Pilots, and Bloc Party had a love child. That would be us.

Will get his roots from a few local bands, playing Guitar and Bass in a band that’s last iteration was called R.I.C.K. With No Meaning, as well as playing Drums for the cover project Lunasyn , and to this day does solo work under the name Lexicon America.

Devin gets his start from being the drummer for a band called The Vibes which jammed out in the local scene for a good few years, but that band turned slowly into Audacity’s earliest iteration as The Empathetic Strangers.

Anne-Marie got her start singing piercing vocals for The Empathetic Strangers which changed the sound of the band slowly to what it is now!

And Last but far from least, Nat Wright, who plays bass for the group, has played with many local groups, including <a href="spotify:artist:4aAFVZL13a8AVE8VfSxtzv" data-name="How To Raise Wolves">How To Raise Wolves</a> , Wrightful, South of Empty, and more!

Audacity has released their first LP this August and is super excited for yall to check it out. It’s called “Pears” and shows 4 song pairs that we worked on for the greater part of a year!
