Audrey Hinya

Audrey Hinya is one the DMV’s youngest upcoming Kenyan-American singer, songwriter and producer. Her burning passion and love for music roots back to her early childhood. Being surrounded by music, at the age of 8 Audrey was playing the clarinet whilst exploring her musical ability to play by ear. Audrey would spend time playing on her instrument, humming melodies and writing lyrics. By the age of 12 Audrey wrote over 45 songs in her “song journal”. When Audrey Hinya was 13 she wrote her first RnB debut single and worked with Kenyan artist King Kanja to release it at the age of 14. At the age of 15 she released an amapiano/afro beat song “Party Don’t Stop” featuring her producer the legendary Kenyan artist King Kanja. In October of 2021 Audrey Hinya and King Kanja announced and released her first ever music video for “Party Don’t Stop”. Fast Forward a year later the creative young genius is now 16 years old with 3 released songs, a music video as well as producing her own beats to write and sing on.
