"The Chronicles of Love" is the debut Album by Auraiya with Rocky Valley Records. It describes the journey we face as we seek love and companionship. The album consists of 9 (nine) tracks spanning various genres including a romantic soul ballad, R&B, Pop, Reggae, Reggaeton, trap dancehall, afrobeat & pop/funk. It takes the listener through an acoustic poetic journey. 1. This Must be love- a soul ballad expresses the thrill that comes with falling in love 2. Just call Me- an R &B track reassures a romantic partner of constant support even during vulnerable moments 3. Let me love you- A reggaeton track that expresses the excitement of having a trusted lover who excites and leads you to express your passion. 4. Pendulum- a Caribbean pop fusion track, addresses the doubts that a lover may start to feel when insecure. 5. Paralyzed- a trap dancehall track that explores the complexities of relationships that initially masquerade themselves as love but when abuse creeps in, it reveals itself to be toxic. 6. Fall- An afrobeat track focuses on the plethora of emotions felt when you doubt your partner's commitment to your well being.
7. Take away my pain- a pop/disco track captures the pain and longing we feel when our relationship fails or ends. 8. Beside me- A dance pop track that explores the beauty of reaching to the summit of the journey of love. My greatest desire as a songwriter is create timeless music that not only entertains but provides therapy to the listener.
