More than the “Country Kurt Cobain,” Austin Skinner weaves his Blue-Eyed Soul meets Country & Western stylings through journeys of love, heartache, and everything in between.

Skinner hails from the Lone Star State of Texas and now makes Nashville his home - a small town man who lives in the moment but always has his eye on what’s coming ahead.

Mostly characterized by his range from melancholy to soul-smith, what lies beneath Austin’s seriousness is a fun, satirical sensibility confused through a razor-edged delivery that makes him a force to be reckoned with.

In the span of his career, he has played thousands of dates sharing stages with some of country music’s hottest names.

His 2016 EP “Sugar” wistfully balanced old-soul romanticism and heartache with ease to offer an irrevocably relatable quality that R&B and Country music fans alike latched onto. He has been diligently working on his follow up album, due out this summer.

Skinner’s guitar work has landed him deals with the likes of DR Strings and Gibson instruments. A savvy music veteran, Skinner is a down to brass tacks guy. At the end of the day, his sensibilities and undeniable talent are launching Austin Skinner on a blazing path.
