Formed in 2016, Auxilio is a 4-piece all-female hardcore punk band from Los Angeles. Auxilio's lyrics are in English and Spanish, and the word "auxilio" translates to "help". They deliver aggressive songs about society, injustices, and their personal experiences.
The music unravels sounds ranging from d-beat, crust, thrash metal, and old-school hardcore punk due to their influences from bands like Cocadictos, Sacrilege, Detestation, Slayer, Disrupt, etc.
They self-released their debut album, "La Vida es Mas de lo que Somos" in 2018, and a self-titled EP in 2020. The band recorded their latest EP "Dimension Oscura" in the Fall of 2023 and was promoted with a Mexico tour. Currently, they are working on more new music and hope to play more out-of-town and international gigs.
