Founded in mid-2000s in Kajang, Malaysia, Avalon's Whisper went through several line up changes and scrapped their screamer twice before ended up with 4 members. In the early years, their sound was heavily influenced by the post-hardcore giants such as Funeral for a Friend and the likes. Several years later, the introduction of the new lead guitarist added a layer of delay and reverb-laden, resulting in washy experimental sound to their ever-growing emo sound. Towards the end of their active years in 2012, the first Malay single was released entitled "Soal Keampunan", marking another step of progression to the band's pathways in a more subdued mainstream take. 9 long years after, their new single "Tanpamu" was released as the first step to celebrate the band's discography onto the streaming platforms.
