The A.S.R & R (The Avisar, Shelley, Rapaport & Romano Project) is the result of Three Israeli musicians and British Jazz & Soul singer – Ilana Bendel-Shelley love for music and experimentation with various musical styles in the studio.
The album is part of a worldwide musical project led by permanent members - Adar avisar, Haim Romano and Yaron Gershovsky (Musical director of Manhattan Transfare).
Ilana is a talented Jazz and Blues Vocalists. she recorded her own album and apperas as a soloist and wth the dapper dudes.
Haim Romano is an Israeli guitar god, musician and record producer and founding member of the legendary Israeli rock bands "The Churchills", "Jericho" and "Jericho Jones". Throughout the years, Romano has been known for his virtuosity on the electric guitar, bouzouki, baglama and other instruments. Romano has worked with some of the greatest singers in Israel.
Adar Avisar is a media advisor and journalist. He was a founding member of the 70’s pioneering Israeli prog band "Cosmic Dream".. Together with Romano he recorded and performed "Night Falls over Tel Aviv" with Nic Potter and Guy Evans, members of the legendary prog group Van Der Graaf . Adar has played concerts with guitar legend Alvin Lee and others.
