Azgi Ylora (or Agustín Celis) is a non-binary experimental, electronic music-centered artist / bedroom producer from Chile who's been active since december 2023.
Azgi is currently signed to T.W.I.N. Recordings (their own record label) inspired by empathy after leaving a toxic record label, their label is dedicated to spreading positivity and kindness through their sound and inspiring younger generations of musicians. Owned by them and Alexia Stephanos.
- "My focus in music is creating extremely surreal or euphoric/aggressive songs, I don't like following the mold for what a ""perfect"" song is supposed to sound like and I don't like when others tell me what to do with my music. I'm a free spirit, everybody should be, we should just unleash our creativity and capture it in our music."
The desire to make music didn't come out of nowhere for them, they were inspired by visionary artists like the amazing SOPHIE, Mitski's deeply felt songs or the revolutionary Arca, and that's only a quarter of their list of inspiration.
They have also been inspired by close collaborators DoniPolkaDot, Alexia Stephanos, Saturday in the morning, Katie Adelyn, Sevottyl and many other friends and mutuals.
