Finding production during his high school years, Ethan Garcia became obsessed with his craft, and from that, AZURA was born. Hailing from Metro Detroit, he has created scenic soundscapes and taking the ever changing dance music genre into new areas. His productions offer a range of perspective into the indie electronic area, bringing influence from artists such as Sleigh Bells, Tycho, Jon Hopkins, and Jeremy Zuckerman, as well as from national parks and the lush landscapes in his own backyard. Infusing all of these elements while retaining a tight, crisp style of production, AZURA sets himself apart to pave the way into a new era where music styles fuse with one another.
