Azwaad, an indie singer-songwriter from the heart of Dhaka, Bangladesh, pops up every now and then, and goes back to hiding. In association with The Mothership Records and the underground indie collective of Dhaka, Azwaad began his musical exploits in early 2019. After a brief period of existential crisis, Azwaad drew inspiration from the communal folk that had existed in the country for ages and transfused with neo-alternate sounds. Hoping to pave a path for what will come by, Azwaad pays tribute to what came before, in the process of expressing himself.
