Born in Lagos Nigeria, Babatunwa Braithwaite better known as a Babbz is a genre bending singer, who intelligently fuses Afro beats, R&B, hip hop and soul, thus belonging to the Afro-fusion family.
Originally raised as an athlete, Babbz grew up around music, learned how to play the piano from his father and gained a lot of musical insight from his uncle and grandfather who played the drums amongst a few other instruments as well.
