In 2006, Baby Jay began to make history when he became the first rapper in the US to combat bullying in schools across the country! His 2006 debut single/music video “Don’t Laugh at Me” has been presented to over 20,000 schools across the country & in other countries, for free! The song continues to impact millions of students and it’s a powerful resource for schools & teachers! Students connect and relate to Baby Jay & proves to them that if he can do it, they can too!

In 2007, Baby Jay became one of the youngest voting members of the Grammys from Texas & was also invited by the Grammys for special appearances! In 2008, Baby Jay was officially inducted into the Latin Grammys tour bus exhibit along the side of some of the top Latin acts in the world & also became the first rapper to receive the key to the city of Houston & the first Latin rapper to receive it in the country and three city proclamations, Baby Jay Day!

Baby Jay has done school tours across the country including 14th NYC school tour ! Baby Jay has not sold millions of records but he has motivated millions of students across the country to overcome obstacles, complete high school, attend college, say no to drugs, combat bullying, respect themselves & others!
