BackWood Jones is an artist from the Eastside Chicago. In early 2012 he inked a deal with Universal Republic which helped start the influx of Chicago artists getting major deals during that period. He has opened and toured with legends of the game, with Q-Tip, Raekwon and Nas co-signing his talent very early on. From then to the present, there have been countless mixtape offerings, guest features, tour dates and just an overall grind full on display. With 2 projects currently available and with “Tiers” just ticks away from debuting, don’t expect BackWood Jones to slow down anytime soon.
