Bad Blooms is an electric folk duo based out of New Jersey. What started as a solo endeavor by multi-instrumentalist and singer Liz Fackelman blossomed into a duo when Liz and guitarist Chris Grzan met through Instagram in 2018. Their first record - “No” - was written from Liz’s point of view, and speaks to a tapestry of past scenarios that occurred around the time when she first started writing songs on ukulele. They tell stories of love, loss, pain and letting go.
While the band’s debut EP coincides with the release of suffering, the next one aims to expand the band’s musical boundaries both stylistically and instrumentally. Together, they embrace healing, self-love and growth.
