Introducing Bad Shaman - a captivating trio hailing from metro Detroit. Comprised of three talented musicians, their soulful melodies and harmonies will transport you to a world of heartfelt emotion.

Formed during the pandemic in 2019, Bad Shaman weaves together a seamless blend of acoustic folk, rock and hints of Americana. Their songs feature intricate guitar work, delicate string arrangements, and heartfelt lyrics that resonate with audiences from all walks of life.

Each member of the band Bad Shaman tends to wear multiple musical hats, playing different instruments when the song calls for it. The band delivers a genre-bending convergence of acoustic, folk and rock.

While rooted in rock & roll, Bad Shaman effortlessly incorporates elements of the blues, folk, grunge, jam-band, reggae, pop and even bluegrass. The band encourages an exploratory, progressive style of music, while staying curious and inventive.

Members of the band, which include: Jason Humbracht (lead singer/songwriter, percussion), Mark Loughead (guitar, mix master), Jamie Nummer (guitar, mandolin, bass, background vocals), Tom Lower (audio, video) have worked with other acts including Kenny Chesney, Uncle Kracker and Pop Evil.

The band shares a creative flow and a telepathic, harmonious bond that is beyond any one of them individually. There is a collective connection shared with each other and with everything in the universe. That’s where the music comes from.
