Balazs Toth is a multi-instrumentalist producer based in Budapest, Hungary. Also, he is the lead-guitarist, singer-songwriter of the Hungarian indie-rock band Marble Mist. His music is inspired by genres like lo-fi, jazz, blues, 70's soul, country & classic rock.
His four track debut EP 'I' was released on Dec 25th, 2019. Written, played and recorded by Balazs the songs feature classic reverb filled slide guitar and Hungarian lyrics. The EP - I (One) - is an optimistic and reminding take on love as a universal power connecting all.
The Ireland inspired folk song 'May The Sun' was released on early 2020. The critically acclaimed follow up track 'Csodakerék' featuring singer-songwriter Agata Angilella was released as the second single before his debut LP 'II', which was realeased on 5th December 2021. The LP features Hungarian and English songs with a raw and vintage blues-folk sound.
The second full-length album of Balazs Toth, 'Időutazó' (Time-traveller) takes the listener on a blues-rock driven journey where past, present & future merge together. The album features melancholic love themes, atmospheric instrumentals & upbeat, riff filled rock songs that lift the veil from the times we live in.
The album is out on all main streaming platforms on the 26th of April, 2024.
