Initially formed in Spring of 2023 as Buddies Of Our Broken Sound, BOOBS was ran by Joe, Mateo, and Enzo as an aspiring metal band from New Jersey. New opportunities presented themselves for Enzo. He could either stay and try to make a name for BOOBS, or join an already growing and awesome metal band, <a href="spotify:artist:1rSJitI2AksX5skf70whYx" data-name="May They Rest">May They Rest</a> . After some consideration and talking to Joe and Mateo, they all agreed that his future would be better with them, so be sure to check them out!
A year later, Joe and Mateo decided to rebrand BOOBS into a psychedelic rock band named Ballad Of Our Body &amp; Soul. They reached out to many friends and coworkers for members. Joe&#39;s coworkers, Dan and Robert were beginners at the time they joined to play guitar and bass, but they all saw each others potential. Midway through writing <a href="spotify:track:5nBP0RuyfqUMLvmZ5Btr3J" data-name="Eclipse">Eclipse</a>, Joe&#39;s friend Mark sent him a text. &#34;Yo Joe I wanna get into music, help.&#34; Later that day, Mark played Joe&#39;s keyboard and guitars to see which he liked better. They could both see that he had a much stronger connection to the keys than the strings. A week later, they went to a nearby closing Sam Ash and split the cost of a keyboard. This would create the 5th member of Ballad Of Our Body &amp; Soul.
