Bárbara compõe sobre a vida, sobre o amor, desilusões, relações. Suas canções trazem, com linguagem poética e leveza, a reflexão do cotidiano. Instrumentos orgânicos e pitadas de eletrônico marcam seus projetos atuais. Tem como referência os grandes ícones da Música Popular Brasileira (MPB), como Djavan, Marisa Monte, Lenine. Estreou a carreira solo com o EP Desengavetando Quadros, com os primeiros lançamentos em 2020. Após lançar vários singles, com a colaboração de vários produtores musicais e músicos de Brasília e São Paulo, prepara seu primeiro álbum Coisas Vazias Ficam Pra Trás, com 10 faixas.
Atualmente, pelo país para apresentar o novo projeto, tendo feito show em casas como Clube do Choro de Brasília, Sofar Sounds em Goiânia e Audio Rebel no Rio de Janeiro.
