As far back as he can remember, Baronski has always had music on his mind – especially his beloved drums. As a beatmaker and producer, he has written and produced a huge number of tracks over the years, released albums and EPs on vinyl, and some of his funky productions have even made it onto television. On the drums, he is hosting the monthly hip-hop open mic session Hello my Name is and is also on the road with a wide variety of projects, bands and artists.
Today Baronski looks back on more than 20 years of making music: from jazz and hip-hop to world music and rock – Baronski’s extremely diverse range has no limit. With his jazzy sound, funky breaks and saturated basslines, he even surprises himself from time to time – it never gets monotonous at all.
