I grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and with my mother's blessings, I moved to Vancouver, BC to join Canada's next big rock band in my early 20's and did exactly that joining the Payola$. We went on to have a tremendous hit with Eyes Of A Stranger and won two Juno awards in 1983. I then went on to play with Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts. We also had a big hit in Canada with Something To Live For and we too won a Juno award. After playing with Barney for nine years, I joined the critically acclaimed band, The Blue Shadows. I've recently released my 10th solo album, "Bakersfield" with each album slightly more adventurous than the previous one.
