Bartolome is a 17-year-old performer and songwriter who started his career in 2019 by writing his first songs in a small studio called OneMusic. He debuted with the release of a three-song project titled I Am With You and made his small beginnings in the music industry, an additional music video for the song Freedom Is Yours was released to further promote the project. Four years later, his debut album This Is How We Changed was released, which was very well received internationally for a small artist. The album peaked at number 12 in the Swiss iTunes Pop Albums, and 13 on Ireland Pop Albums charts on its first day, before disappearing from the charts altogether. One month after its release, the album was streamed in over 35 countries, and has over 3k streams to date.
