Seattle-based musician Barton Carroll began touring with <a href="spotify:artist:6j9elOE3U0Fklu0ATR9nQ0">Crooked Fingers</a> in 2002, playing guitar, steel guitar, and upright bass. He appeared on the <a href="spotify:artist:6j9elOE3U0Fklu0ATR9nQ0">Crooked Fingers</a> albums Crooked Fingers and Dignity and Shame. He also served as an accompanist with <a href="spotify:artist:70UZ254VvtSUmrfqPOkUQZ">Azure Ray</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3OzWAoO2wUlxmtE2uZ1XrE">Dolorean</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:6M5FR3JkFFVDkgwtO6Vtz6">Micah P. Hinson</a>. On October 17, 2006, Skybucket Records released his second solo album, Love & War.
