Having started their musical journey in 2016 with an eponymous YouTube channel
where they would share cuts from their record collections, Norm and Simon
quickly moved behind the decks to set forth a selection of captivating melodies
and unmissable groove.

While the numerous recorded radio shows (NTS, Rinse, Le Mellotron) offered them a space to express their diverse influences, the duo strives to keep a foot in the
club landscape, drawing dancers into their spell. Overtime they have shown abilities to gather crowd in multiple international settings, sharing the bill with confirmed DJs and selectors such as Palms Trax,
Kamma & Masalo, Mendel, Barbara Boeing, Habibi Funk, John Gomez or Trujillo.

In 2019, the pair launched the Native Dance label, distributed on Early Distro & Rush
Hour, to introduce a swing of personal favorites titles to a wider audience.
Following a sold-out first release, the second volume of Native Dance established
Bayetë as widely recognized DJs and selectors adopting a versatile approach
behind the decks.
