Another in a seemingly endless stream of alter egos featuring various West London producers and musicians, BB Boogie is the pseudonym of <a href="spotify:artist:0JIVB0qOQBIYvn1hWVEIgu">Daz-I-Kue</a> and Scott Clifford, two esteemed members of the broken beat production collective <a href="spotify:artist:3UbnYRfDPL3L74oFrJJxxv">Bugz in the Attic</a>. Their debut single was a remake of <a href="spotify:artist:6R9Mv0bgGE4Tqxna1q5Mrj">Roy Ayers</a>' "Tell Him," issued on their own Lawz of Motion imprint in 2000 and eventually licensed in the United States to nu-jazz imprint Giant Step.
