Beam Zillion is the multimedia project of Twillian Ün Pomp, a southern New Mexico raised Washington, D.C. based artist who uses the folklore and history of the desert (The 1947 Roswell Incident, The Trinity test on the outskirts of his hometown, cattle mutilation attributed to aliens, a portal in Lordsburg, an eternally weeping ghost woman named La Llorona, Atari's burial of the E.T. The Extraterrestrial game cartridge in 1983, and on and on..) as direct inspiration for his musical concepts, lyrical themes, and multidimensional instrumentation.
