Bear Redell is a country artist from Solvang, CA, inspired by the storytelling of Eric Church, Tom Petty, and Johnny Cash, as well as modern hitmakers like Ray Fulcher, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen. A fellow Solvang native, hit songwriter Marv Green (“Amazed” by Lonestar) has also been a key influence and collaborator, co-writing Bear’s single “Ex Box,” which was featured on Spotify’s Next from Nashville playlist.
After graduating from UCLA in 2019, Bear moved to Nashville to pursue his country music career. His debut Nashville single “Church & Cash” earned praise for weaving over 20 Johnny Cash and Eric Church song titles into a single, original breakup story. Since then, Bear has released multiple singles and performed at Whiskey Jam and on Broadway stages including Morgan Wallen’s, Jason Aldean’s, and Luke Bryan’s bars.
