Nate started to make music back in 2019 Nate wanted to show people that he could do something besides do sports. Nate didn't start making music for the money, he wanted to make music for people that couldn't find a song that they could bond with. Nate at the time didn't really have a specific genre to make music with. So he just made music in all popular genres. Nate made beats to 18 different genres and he later found in 2021 what he enjoyed was pop dance. Once Nate had finished making Ion, Vol. 1 he realized that he needed a producer/artist name for himself. After no longer than 20 mins of thinking, Nate settled on calling himself Beat Law, way he figured out Beat law was because easy enough his last name was Lawson so he cut it in half and put beat at the front of it because well his music was about instrumental beats. As of 2021, Nate's music hasn't changed, Nate has made multiple friends in the music industry and he still to this day tries to make sure that the music is sounding the best to his ability.
