Born in Stockholm and raised in Farsta, Beatrice Eli — known as ELI — is one of the most unapologetic voices in Scandinavian pop.
Her 2014 debut album Die Another Day blended dark pop, soul, and electronica with bold lyrics about identity, sexuality, and desire.
That same year, Eli won Pop of the Year at P3 Guld, was nominated for three Grammis, and received the Swedish Music Publishers' Songwriting Grant, calling her “a debutant already being called an icon.”
She’s since become a fearless advocate for gender equality, LGBTQIA+ rights, and environmental justice, and has performed on stages like Way Out West, Dramaten, and Sweden’s biggest Pride events.
Now, after some time away from the spotlight, Eli returns with WATCHDOG and BIG — the first singles from her upcoming album BRUTAL X RAW, out fall 2025. With a sound that’s personal, powerful, and unfiltered, Eli doesn’t just make pop — she turns it into a statement.
