Beau D. Schaepman (also known as 'BeauDamian' or in Japanese ‘ボウ・デミアン’) is a Dutch composer renowned for his work in composing, orchestrating, and arranging for projects such as Pokémon: Paldean Winds, Tower of God (Season 2), I Parry Everything, and Arcadegeddon.
BeauDamian began his career as a DJ and music producer, touring globally and performing at major events and venues including SXSW, Amsterdam Dance Event, Bootshaus, and WOMB. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he pivoted to studying film scoring and the basics of the Japanese language.
After earning his Master of Music degree in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games from Berklee College of Music, Beau moved to Tokyo, where he developed his signature sound blending electronic and orchestral elements. There, he collaborates with Kevin Penkin (known for Made in Abyss), Takashi Ohmama (known for Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury), and works closely with his mentor Yuki Hayashi (known for My Hero Academia).
