Los Angeles-born singer/songwriter Becca Means is pop music’s freshest face. With the release of her irresistible debut single, “My Darling,” Becca is introducing fans to her world of 60’s nostalgia-meets-contemporary pop and proving that she’s just getting started.

Though “My Darling” is Becca’s first official single, the LA-born artist has garnered a loyal fanbase on social media by posting covers and original demos. At only 19 years old, Becca has already found her stride as a songwriter, analyzing toxic relationships and emotional healing. Becca’s musical inspirations also extend beyond her years, with the self-taught artist explaining, “I was raised on The Beatles and The Beach Boys, so having those influences in my music has always been really important to me.”

“My Darling” certainly pays homage to classic 60’s sounds, flipping an old-school love song on its head. The track (which Becca wrote and co-produced) was initially intended as a love song, but Becca revisited the track following a toxic relationship and transformed it into a killer breakup anthem.
