When music flows through your veins, there’s no other option than to follow its pulse. Matthias Betz has been living to the rhythm of dance music for the past 2 decades, keeping an open mind to all the sounds it has to offer. The German producer and DJ, hailing from the Westenhausen area in the massively techno-driven country, has been involved with music from an early age. And all that experience has definitely paid off.

It all started with piano courses as a kid. For more than 6 years, he’d be training at captivating the right melody and writing his own. Kicking off a DJ career in 1994 under the moniker of Beeetz, the clubbing playgrounds of Europe stretched out in front of him. Having experienced the era of vinyl, he knows more than well how to make two records blend into one. With the goal in mind that his music would bring people together, celebrating life, he club-hopped from one club to the next. Not shy of a little blending, his sets definitely weren’t fit for pigeonholing. That open mindset has ever been his virtue, making Beeetz’ tracks a tasty mix of electro, house, prog and even a bit of acid. Whatever he served, he served with a dance floor destroying impact.
