BEEFCAKE is a crunchy indie band from Richmond, VA named after their neighborhood alley cat. The band was founded in 2022 by Andrew Watson (Bass), Nick Howe (drums & vocals), Rey Murati (guitar), and Pete Finfrock (synth/keys, guitar, & vocals). Each member takes part in songwriting process resulting in a blend of raw energy with a thoughtful edge.

Their latest EP, Something in Between, is a sonic journey where gritty 90s grunge, post-punk edge, and reggae vibes intersect with fresh, unexpected sounds. Recorded at Sound of Music in Richmond, VA and refined by Dan-O Deckelman’s mix and master touch, the EP captures the spirit of evolution in every track.
