Before You Know

A dive into the raw, untamed energy of South America ascendants. A four-piece modern metal powerhouse hailing from the heart of a small town in the southern reaches of Brazil has emerged in 2021 around the talents of friends Rodrigo Rossi and Marcelo Foppa who immediately bonded with longtime friends Mauricio Zorrer and Mauricio Steffani to draw the first ideas of what is was soon-to-be Before You Know.

Forged in the fires of their close-knit community, Before You Know brings a fresh and unapologetic sound to feature into the modern metal scene in the world. Their music, a blend of searing guitar riffs, thunderous rhythms and evocative and sometimes-aggressive vocals, focus on channeling people's unheard inner struggles to an elevated state of mind. "Music can save," they say.

Heavily influenced by the latest metal genre in bands such as Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, Architects, Sevendust and Avenged Sevenfold and also by emerging acts like Nothing More and Periphery, the band has shaped its sound to what they believe it can resonate their beliefs to help people overcome their own battles. 108 is the band's first single being released in Dec 15 approaching with clarity its core.
