BEMY is a band founded by two brothers – Mattia and Elie Rosinski. They were born and raised in France, although both of their parents are Polish. They studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music in the UK, and during that time they lived in the same house with Ed Sheeran.
Their debut album Grizzlin’ (2016) brought them a nomination for the Polish equivalent of The Grammy Award. BEMY played support before concerts of Ed Sheeran and Maroon 5 in Poland and many important festivals such as the Woodstock Festival and Sziget Festival.
The band was getting ready to release a second album when the pandemic hit – instead, they decided to start a TikTok account and went viral with covers of Polish songs in French.
In 2022 they were signed to Island Records Polska and started releasing new songs, once again getting ready for their next album.
