Ben Bee

Tebogo Bernad Machite, better known as Ben Bee, is a South African Recording Artist & Songwriter who hails from Alexandra, north of Johannesburg. "Growing up in one of the poorest urban areas in the country & being raised by a single mother gave me a burning desire for success and the hunger to always strive for more" says Ben Bee. He developed his love & passion for the arts at an early age, writing songs & rappping for his classmates at his primary school but he really fell in love with the idea of becoming an artist & pursuing music as a career the day he saw South African Hip hop group "JOZI" that used to consist of Bongani Fassie, Ishmael Morale and Lesley Mempe (Aka Da L.E.S) performing around his area. He recorded his first song in 2018 and then started releasing music the following year (2019) and has never looked back ever since. His unique combination of melodic rhymes, catchy hooks and raw lyricism on Amapiano, kwaito & barcadi inspired beats plus his heavy influenced Hip Hop swagg & candence & a versatile catalogue of music, makes his style is comparable to none. Influenced by the likes of Lil Wayne, Drake & Asap Rocky. With his hunger for success & plans of building a formidable brand that will reach audiences world wide.
