I remember being around 10/11 and wanting to rap because I thought I looked like Jay-Z, he seemed to know what he was doing in life. There were other reasons, at the core I think those reasons fit under the category of wanting “love”. A decade and some change later I still write and record, I think now I do it to prove I existed, to show love to people who might be similar to me in any way, to help pass the time while I do exist and while anybody listening exists and also for my ego.
