Ben Sklodowski

After several stints of drumming for local bands, Wilmington, DE–born and Boston-based artist Ben Sklodowski is now making waves with his solo project. Branching out from behind the kit, Ben picked up his brother’s guitar and started writing and arranging his own songs. His debut single, Finches, marked his first foray into solo artistry and gave him the confidence to release his freshman album, 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙢 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙭. The album captures a wide emotional spectrum—love, determination, desperation, hope, frustration, and anger—woven together through Ben’s unique and newly discovered rock sound. He followed it with the standalone single Snowing in July and is now deep into writing his second album. With a full band in place, Ben is gearing up for a run of live shows and continuing to push his sound into fresh and ambitious territory.
