The Beni Boyz are a singing duo comprising Black Smith real name Gloire Muyale and Suagga D real name Divin San Tibasima, originally born in Beni, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) although they were raised up in Uganda.
Black Smith’s parents include Mussa Bin Assan and Desange Senzige, while Suagga D’s parents are Ruduri Dieudone, his father and mother is Cecil Lutombo.
The two talented artists who are signed under Musoni Music, stormed the music scene with their debut EP ‘Matter’, who features the following track-list; ‘Matter’, ‘Boy Alone’, ‘Interlude’, ‘Killi Killi’, ‘Lo Lo Lo’ and ‘My Woman.’
Although they are very versatile, the Beni Boyz, who are also songwriters and composers, specialise in Bongo, Lingala and Afro music genres.
The Beni Boyz say they were inspired to join music by celebrated American RnB artists Usher and R. Kelly.
Their hobbies include watching soccer, swimming and travelling.
