The following biography has been written by super-fans Scout Lee and Elsa Campbell. Readers discretion is advised.
Half ethnic pop sensation Benji Kameya is world renowned for his tone deaf and rhythmically incorrect ballads. His clumsy use of metaphor and slipshod wordplay has won him a large following in the illiterate and pseudo-intellectual communities. Old and young have described Kameya’s music as “unpleasant” and “irritating”.
Despite these significant shortcomings, Kameya has headlined multiple shows such as: Sue and Allen’s 15th Anniversary Barbeque, Steveston Community Talent Show, Mission preschool’s “Music Hour” and one more.
Leaping into new territory with blind, unearned confidence, Kameya’s latest album tackles the subject of astronomy. Benji has no experience in astrophysics. The album is rife with inaccurate scientific statements and incorrect baseless predictions. In fact, NASA has denounced the record as a shameless insult to the Astrophysical community and to music in general.
Orbit bravely tackles questions like ‘was the moon landing faked?’ and ‘is the earth flat?’ subtly throughout each song. By the end of the final track, Benji makes it clear that he in fact does not believe in outer space at all. ‘I think NASA came up with outer space as a way to get us to pay more taxes’ Kameya stated in a shocking interview with Joe Rogan. When questioned on his sources, he merely repeated ‘the fog is coming’ and refused to elaborate any further.
