Benyam Lemma

Benyam Lemma is a songwriter and performing artist.

He has released two full-lenght albums. His first album "for the Love in My Neighbor's Eye" was released in by "Benyam & the Bullydrops" in 2009. The Bullydrops were at that time David Bäck, Anders Bäck, Mats Eriksson, Victor Furbacken, Matti Ollikainen, Thommy Larsson (though Chris Montgomery replaced Larsson during the recordings), Samuel Olsson and Markus Ahlberg.

In 2011 Benyam released &#34;<a href="spotify:album:58WwG3f4tpCKc6ETyj6Tbl" data-name="Guiding Light">Guiding Light</a>&#34; his first album in his own name. &#34;In Time&#34; featuring Harriet Ohlsson on guestvocals became the first single and later &#34;Guiding Light&#34;, &#34;Tomorrow in Your Eyes&#34;, and &#34;Annie Says&#34; found airplay at different radiostations. The musicians were: Anders Augustsson, Johan Johansson, Stefan Bellnäs and Chris Montgomery.

In late 2017 Benyam released two singles with a break up theme: &#34;Real Love&#34; and &#34;Separating Us&#34;. Johan Håkansson played drums and recorded the session for &#34;Real Love&#34; which featured Johan Johansson on keys, Stefan Bellnäs on bass, Agge on guitar and Bouchra on guestvocals.
&#34;Separating Us&#34; was a collaboration between Benyam and Agge. Agge played and produced most instruments over Benyams demo. Totaly different from how earlier albums had come about.
