Take early Slipknot’s vibe, Darknet’s groove and coat it with the atmosphere of Humanity’s Last Breath. Now you know how to think of BETHEL. Influenced by Dark, Death, & Nu Metal, the German four-member band blends old school temper with a modern approach to production.
Founded at the end of 2019 in Jena, BETHEL faced the temporary closing of clubs with their first release D3MO//First Contact in 2020. Building upon a growing online following and additional single releases, the first shows took place during 2022. All the while working on new material for their first album released in 2025.
While releasing their album NU_chapter1, a fresh breeze swept through the band with the arrival of Freddy, who joined as the new guitarist. Together with vocalist Dredzler, drummer Franz and bassist Lucas, BETHEL is set to advance into its next chapter.
