BETTER THAN MILK is a 3-piece pop punk band from Southern Adelaide and Mount Barker, fronted by guitarist/vocalist Rhys, with siblings Jarrad on guitar and drummer Ashleigh.
First hitting the stage in 2019, Better Than Milk played all over Adelaide before hibernating during the start of Covid. 2021 they are back with their debut single "You Can't Get Dressed When You're Depressed" and an EP planned for later in the year.
