Bicycles for Afghanistan — инди-рок группа из Москвы, основанная в 2012 году. В настоящее время базируется в Белграде, Сербия. Взяла своё название в честь одноименной главы книги Курта Воннегута «Колыбель для кошки». История нашей дружбы началась в начале нулевых, когда мы принимали участие в локальных DIY коллективах, после этого опыта мы основали Bicycles for Afghanistan, где на русском языке транслируем светлую и меланхоличную сторону нашего творчества.
Bicycles for Afghanistan is an Indie band formed in Moscow, in the beginning of 2012. Currently based in Belgrade, Serbia. The band was named after the chapter title from "Cat's cradle" by Kurt Vonnegut. The story of our friendship starts in early 2000’s, when most of us used to play in local D.I.Y. Hardcore and Post Hardcore acts and after this experience we formed Bicycles for Afghanistan as our softer and melancholic side of nature.
