Whats good Spotify fam, this ya boi BIG Mike the Virgo and I’m a Christian Hip Hop artist out of Columbus, GA currently living in Compton, CA. I’ve been on this journey of making music my full time source of income or at least one of my sources of income and of course for three years now and of course with any journey there will be some friction along the way. I am the recipient of the 2023 Best Artist of the Year Award at the C2TV Awards, which is my biggest accomplishment besides performing at the legendary Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood, CA over on the Sunset Strip back in August 2024. I’ve touch a number of stages and I’m proud of performance I’ve put on in the past two years I’ve been performing.
Huge S/O to my guy Jordan Saint Pierre, the founder of SOMETHING DOPE FOR THE PEOPLE, and Jeremy Hecht, THE HOST OF SDFTP & HIP HOP DX REPRESENTATIVE, for giving me my first big break breaking into the performing world of being an independent artist back in August 2022 in Hollywood, CA at the Bourbon Room. This was the first big stage I’ve ever touched and it ignited my career tremendously.
I’ve not only been doing music the last three years I’ve been in California, but I’ve done stand up comedy, hosted a few shows here and there, and I’ve even done some acting work for so short form videos with popular YouTubers, and I’ve also been some extras and a background actor for some independent film projects as well.
