Big Ole P and Lil' Missy is a Norwegian duo consisting of Ole Petter Andreassen (Black Debbath, Thulsa Doom, El Doom & The Born Electric) and Mona Helleland Varpe (The Launderettes, Home Groan, Nikkeby Lufthavn). They play alternative country music inspired by artists such as Dave Rawlings Machine, Blue Rodeo, Kathleen Edwards, Whiskeytown etc.
The band signed with Vestkyst Records in 2014 and released the singles “Still for You” (2014) and “Come Back to Me” (2015). Big Ole P & Lil' Missy released their debut album in April 2018. The album features contributions from acclaimed Norwegian musicians such as Pål Angelskår (Minor Majority), Geir Sundstøl, Arne Skage Jr and Elvira Nikolaisen.
