Big Stick (born James Patterson Wicks II) is an American Hip-Hop and R&B artist from Brooklyn, NY. He started creating music in fall of 2018 while sitting in class at West Orange High School. In October 2019, his life took a dark turn, due to a falling out with a close friend. That’s when his music changed from meme rap to LoFi Hip-Hop and R&B. His first release, <a href="spotify:track:58tU3TkiqczFIL1dg2OPOV" data-name="Oceans">Oceans</a> , was the start of this new era.
