Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, BIGBABYGUCCI began carving out a distinct presence in music from the beginning of his career. With his musical influence coming from listening to a variety of genres growing up, his knack for combining unorthodox production with catchy cadences and an endless array of flows came naturally.

BIGBABYGUCCI’s ear for production that pushes the envelope served as one foundational pillar of his unique sound, leading him to connect with trailblazers and now-longtime collaborators like Fish. In 2019, BIGBABYGUCCI caught mainstream attention with his addictingly sinuous hit <a href="spotify:track:6LVNkUMkEkDxtnCDpHMeN6" data-name="Drop Top Lexus">Drop Top Lexus</a> which served as the leading single for his major release <a href="spotify:album:68TJVMcGMyrWegBKPumVgg" data-name="Send Help">Send Help</a> . From there, the Charlotte native began to apply pressure with a flurry of pervasive singles like <a href="spotify:track:3ZzK2zxMeVGdsiP00OZuqS" data-name="Can’t Feel Shit">Can’t Feel Shit</a> along with his Isolated EP and album <a href="spotify:album:02jh363h7Rrj18HPjXVc9n" data-name="Teen Spirit">Teen Spirit</a> in 2020. As his catalog grew, BIGBABYGUCCI continued approaching his work with a mindset similar to <a href="spotify:artist:5K4W6rqBFWDnAN6FQUkS6x" data-name="Kanye West">Kanye West</a>, another one of his influences. His sound evolved further as he pioneered new sonic spaces with the singles <a href="spotify:album:49s9bgOhFdwR5UKppaAbbt" data-name="Pressure &#43; Layers (Extended)">Pressure &#43; Layers (Extended)</a> and <a href="spotify:album:41shHW8SCPAvzj3ObVcjEC" data-name="Blood on the Asphalt">Blood on the Asphalt</a>.
