Founded by Robin Wattie and Mathieu Ball in 2012, along with drummer Tasy Hudson, BIG|BRAVE continue explored terrains of experimental rock with a clear focus on the key principles; tension, space, volume, and raw emotion. Sounding many magnitudes bigger than one would suspect a trio is capable of, the essence of their magic has always been the way they balance these dynamics. Whether it be drone to primordial rhythm, precise structure to freedom or fragility to thunderous feedback, these juxtapositions are all crucial in BIG|BRAVE’s sonic quest.
