The artist behind B.I.L. is Michael Schmitt from Hanau, Germany. As a teenager, he listened to a lot of music from various genres and enjoyed attending concerts. He started his first experiments with electronic music on his homecomputer. Later, he continued to experiment with it on his PC. He then took a break for many years and found his way back to music in 2023.
Among other things, he offers “free music-playing” with discussion groups. He mainly uses rhythmic instruments for this. Michael also deals with spiritual topics and meditates regularly. Healing and inner connection are important to him. He would also like to pass this on to other people.
Inspired by all this, he decided in 2024 to get seriously into electronic music production with the aim of creating harmonious and meditative sounds. To acquire the necessary knowledge, he attended the masterclass at “music-tutoriels.com” and learned how to use a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) from scratch. This also leads him into the world of faster beats.
