Billboards is an band from Cincinnati, Ohio featuring Ryan and Eric, two friends that have known each other for about twenty years. When they were younger they played in different local bands together, always knowing that years later they would abandon their roots and start a pop band. “The joy in Billboards is writing songs that sound however we want in any style we feel like” - Eric.
Between them they have countless local tours, records (cds and mp3s, actually just mp3s) out, production and songwriting credits, as well as music featured in Burn Notice, 90210, Knocked up trailer, and a song was also featured in a show where the scooby doo guy does serious acting, under the name Mathew Lillard.
Since Eric owns Moonlight Studios in Fairfield, OH, the guys can easily get studio time upon inspiration, though most songs are written on phones while driving or sleeping through voice memos.
